Thank you for your interest in participating in the 8th annual Innovation Showcase, which features pitches and posters from research just like yours. To be eligible for consideration for the poster session, please assure you meet the following criteria:

• Pre-Series A funding
• Working with or has agreement (e.g., license) to commercialize technology from a member organization of the San Diego Innovation Council

If you are unsure whether your poster presently meets the above criteria, please submit your application and an organizer will reach out to discuss participation with you.

Please note: Any files that are uploaded will be shared outside of the organization to which they belong, so be careful not to share any confidential information.

General Poster Guidelines

1. Your poster should be 36″ x 48″ (inches) in landscape (horizontal) orientation.
2. Display boards to mount your poster will be provided by Connect. You should bring tacks and clips to adhere your poster to the display board.
3. Place company and founder(s) name at the top of your poster, with printed characters at least 1″ high.
4. We encourage use of a QR code to direct attendees to your company website or to contact founder(s) directly.
5. The poster should have large, legible text and figures. Poster should provide key information about your company, even when you are not at your poster.
6. It is recommended that the poster be printed on coated heavy weight paper. Heavy foam core type posters are not recommended due to the type of display boards used at the Poster Session.
