Kathleen Lin, PhD is Site Head of Lilly Gateway Labs (LGL) San Diego, where she leads Eli Lilly’s external innovation hub, Lilly Gateway Labs (LGL). She drives business development, tenant partnerships, and pipeline sourcing across therapeutic areas including cardiometabolic health, oncology, immunology, and neuroscience. Kathleen has a background in biomedical engineering with experience in delivery and devices and novel routes of administration.
